Ignatio wants to ensure that you realise cost savings as soon as you become our customer.
To this end we have a single price for an annual license that covers a fully functioning IgnatioCMS core with a full set of features to publish and maintain your website.

What about additional features that we may have requirements for?

You can select any additional specialist add-ons that you desire.
Add-ons are priced individually and may be offered as a package depending on your requirements.
Ignatio do not tie you into any minimum period of usage and you can drop or ramp up add-ons at any time.

If you do not feel that you want to take on the activity of translating the designs into IgnatioCMS templates then we will provide the service for you, or you can outsource it to a web development resource of your choice.
All Ignatio require are the designs (in outline vector eps or high res psd formats) and we will set up a design review meeting to discover your requirements and how best to deliver them.

We have made provision for you to add your logo into the CMS (links to your site) and customise the contact details and help files so that your clients come to you for support.
We want you to build the key relationship with your Clients so we can continue to build our relationship with you.

IgnatioCMS has been designed to require little or no support.
You, as our customer, decide what level of support you require.
Everyone needs to ask questions from time to time and obtain assistance when something does not work as expected.
To this end we have a service desk that you can contact and we also offer an annual support agreement. Additional ways to reach us are listed in our Support section.

We aim to make the use of our product as straight forward as possible for your organization.
The contract is designed to give you flexibility and peace of mind when considering budget commitments, project planning and legal protection.
We are the service provider as well as the product provider so there are no multi-tier contracts to grapple with, just one simple to understand service.

IgnatioCMS is part of the Ignatio framework which is continually evolving.
There are many internal and external drivers for new features and functionality and we welcome your input on any requirements or issues that you would like to see us address.
